Merchandise returns and exchanges
Because you're satisfaction is our number one priority, we happily accept returns and exchanges of all merchandise.
♥ Jewelry in its original condition will be returnable for a full refund of the purchase price in the form of your original payment method, if received within 30 days from the date delivered with the exception of special orders. Refunds and exchanges will be less discounts received and shipping costs.
♥ We must receive product before a refund or exchange can be completed. We highly recommend using a service that provides tracking. Please package return items so they will transport without breaking. We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for any items that are damaged or lost in shipping.
